Mini-ontology generation for status codes

Harold: Not yet ready to discuss mini-ontology generation for status codes
... Are HL7 v3 codes a bunch of code systems, or a single code system with a bunch of valuesets?
... Probably we should come up with a URI schema for status codes.
... When I looked at reasoner complexity, the addition of concrete datatypes (dates, times, etc.) makes the reasoning more complex. Some people might want to back off to only object properties.

eric: Is the URI space for these mini-ontologies pretty clear? Slash or hash?

harold: It will be slash. The W5 ont uses hashes. It is a small ont -- 15 or 20 entries.
... It will never get big.
... One other issue: the schema.org folks do not want dots in URIs. Should we do a transform for schema.org? Or should we wrestle it up front?

eric: the schema.org URIs will be different anyway, so we should use a well-defined transformation from one to the other
