MC suggest squashing better, but need procedures to preserve commits locally if desired

When to remove editorial notes

Is there a time editorial notes are removed?

MC cleans them from CR and later, makes sure they´re appropriate to the stage

doesn´t do for WD

editors can do at their judgement

RESOLUTION: editors should clear editorial notes when they see the need. Publishing contact will clear at PR and Rec.
... no requirement to date ednotes, but allowed. Ideal to have common format.
