<clown> joanie's original proposal ^
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-aria-editors/2016Apr/thread.html#msg2
if we start work in a branch
do we just merge all the 1.1 stuff to 2.0 later?
or cherry pick?
impact on reorg / split of repository?
<scribe> ACTION: cooper to do repository re-org [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2016/04/20-aria-editors-minutes.html#action01]
<trackbot> Created ACTION-2052 - Do repository re-org [on Michael Cooper - due 2016-04-27].

come back to this next week after email discussion
defer to next time
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-aria-editors/2016Apr/0011.html
we have a fork of jquery.details.min.js that we might should put in the central repository
but would be good if not a fork, that´s a Jason question
<clown> jquery.details.min.js
come back next time if not sorted by email
need to sort out linking to things like shared acknowledgements
https://github.com/w3c/aria-practices/
<Zakim> joanie, you wanted to ask MichielBijl if he has a repo in which he's split out stuff
<MichielBijl> https://github.com/w3c/aria-practices/tree/gh-pages
MB has done dry test run, works with history and issue migration
still working on transferring pull requests and branches
but no open pull requests for Practices
and most branches can be merged before split
(may not be a priority to take all branches along)
seems like a fetch all will help
<Zakim> ShaneM, you wanted to discuss glossary / base roles, properties, and states
when we start splitting other docs out will need to solve additional issues discuss glossary / base roles, properties, and states
MB wants to start editing in gh-pages directly
we´ve avoided because respec creates a zillion mutation events
MC wants to automated generation of snapshot but technical issue
Shane will work with MC on that
if that solution works, ok to keep editing in master branch
<ShaneM> thats silly
discussion of possible new policy
to work around sharing webex info without exposing to public
put up pages with group visibility with the info
there are alternate URIs that bug on passwords less
try to switch agendas to those
Judy asked Fred to put more info in status of Graphics stuff
mostly only do status in TR versions, Michael does
editors drafts usually just have boilerplate but can add other stuff
info about plans should go in intro
next meeting is 4 May 2016
