OWL-Time - missing interval relations

Description:
In the course of trying to adapt the Geologic Timescale Ontology http://resource.geosciml.org/ontology/timescale/gts to use OWL-Time, I have uncovered a couple of interval relations that are mentioned in Allen's work but did not appear in OWL-Time 2006 and thus were not carried over into the revision. They are not in the canonical set shown in Figure 3 of Allen and Ferguson (1997) but appear in the discussion.

In Allen (1984) equation (T.3) defines the predicate IN(t1,t2) as the disjoint union of DURING(), STARTS() and FINISHES(). Note that DURING() is full containment and does not allow either the beginning or end to coincide. AFAIK OWL2 expressivity does not extend to disjoint union of predicates (properties) so it is not possible to say this directly. I think the best we can do is define DURING(), STARTS() and FINISHES() (and possibly also EQUALS()?) as sub-properties of a new property IN().

In Allen and Ferguson (1997) at the bottom of p213 they define DISJOINT() as the interval relation in which the two intervals do not overlap or touch in any way.

Should we add time:intervalIn and time:intervalDisjoint to the existing set of 13 relationships?
