Related notes:

Regarding the stability of the namespace: http://www.ontologydesignpatterns.org/ont/dul/DUL.owl, in
email to me dated 17/10/2016 Aldo Gangemi said ", DUL (DOLCE Ultralite+DnS) has a stable namespace and maintenance since 2006, without any interruption or accessibility issues..... As I said, the governance of DUL is in the hands of STLab (Semantic Technology Lab [1]), a laboratory of the Institute of Cognitive Sciences and Technologies of CNR, the Italian National Research Council. The laboratory exists since 2008, and has a history of stable funding and excellent research. The servers for DUL namespace are under the control of CNR information systems group, which closely collaborates with STLab.
For any conceivable evolution of dereferencing practices, e.g. a generalised move to persistent URLs, or migration needs, the redirection would be as smooth as it could.
"

PhilA confirmed that this means W3C can rely on DUL for our use in rec-track SSN.
