My name is Jim Nevill. I run Midax, Inc, which employs about 30 people, half of which are pure software developers, and has been developing and installing software in payments and loyalty for over 15 years across all the main POS platforms in grocery and c-stores. 

Our particular skill level is in interfacing at a low level into the various POS platforms in both loyalty and payments, in a secure, reliable fast manner, making the data available to all interested parties in as close to real-time as possible. 

3 years ago we released our mobile platform, which builds on those 2 application areas and brings in e-coupons, geolocation and real-time connectivity between CPG and consumer through our real-time presence in the grocery or c-store. 

We are being encouraged by our vendors and customers to expand further into cross-merchant marketing, rewards consolidation between discreet merchant platforms, in other words earn anywhere, burn anywhere initiatives.

As such, I would greatly appreciate being considered for participation and contribution in the group.
