<adler1> APPROVED: postpone F2F meeting minutes approval to next week
<BartvanLeeuwen> +1 for not being there ;)
adler1: who would like to provide some feedback about the F2F meeting.
JoaoPauloAlmeida: in the next
call, we should not try to participate remotely
... i thing the remote participation disturbes a lot.
... I will try to participate in the next not remotely.
adler1: some times we just missed that you were in the room.
JoaoPauloAlmeida: I was very hard
to hear.
... it was very strange, because the sound was really bad.
<JoaoPauloAlmeida> the laptop mic is also very bad (it is only sensitive to those in front of the laptop)
markharrison: I think in the next meeting we could use separate rooms whe we split the groups.
<JoaoPauloAlmeida> Ideally, the rooms should have some professional teleconference infrastructure
markharrison: so that we don't have the background noisy.
<JoaoPauloAlmeida> (camera/mic)
adler1: what about the overall meeting itself.
<ericstephan> Sorry my mic isnt working :-(
adler1: how those in the meeting room felt about the overall quality of the work products.
<ericstephan> I was appreciative for the time people took to include the remote attendees. It was difficult to hear at times, but everyone took extra time to be inclusive.
Ig_Bittencourt: I really liked the overall quality of the meeting.
laufer: I agree with Ig_Bittencourt
<PhilA> scribe: PhilA
laufer: I think meeting f2f makes it easier to know everyone
<scribe> scribe: Ig_Bittencourt
<BernadetteLoscio> :)
<markharrison> Overall I think the meeting was quite productive and we have a clearer idea of where the group is heading
<ericstephan> Thank you for providing Google Chat
deirdrelee: in the second day I though maybe people produced more..
<PhilA> I've not been to a W3C WG f2f that included break outs - it worked well I thought. And incidentally allowed better remote participation
PhilA, can you scribe.
I can not hear very well.
<deirdrelee> deirdrelee: small groups were good as they allowed people to get into deep discussions
<markharrison> Yes, small sub-group discussions were productive. Also everyone behaved nicely and I think we reached consensus on most issues - no major disagreements and certainly no hostility
adler1: I am impressed with the
many agrees and comments.
... does anyone have any other comment.
<ericstephan> I don't have mic access, but I want to keep the momentum going from the day 2 break out groups.
deirdrelee: I agree that we accomplished a lot.
<BernadetteLoscio> yes... i agree that it was very productive
PhilA: I liked it went
well.
... happy we had sufficient inputs to the use case doc.
... it was a good meeting
... this was one of the big ones
<ericstephan> +1 PhilA
PhilA: due to the size of the
meeting, I was pleased to see how it worked.
... when we come back together again, I am really impressed how
the thought were similar
<JoaoPauloAlmeida> how will the results be compiled?
<JoaoPauloAlmeida> because the logs from IRC are too detailed
PhilA: altough we were in different groups in the second day, the ideas were very connected.
<ericstephan> My IRC queue QUESTION: Are more action items forthcoming from the breakout groups? What do we have left to do to tie up the lose ends?
<BernadetteLoscio> I think so!
adler1: deirdrelee and BernadetteLoscio, do you feel we had enough content
deirdrelee: I think we definetely have enough content
<BernadetteLoscio> me neither .... i arrived last night
<BernadetteLoscio> yes... thanks
<BernadetteLoscio> yes!
<vagner> Group works were very productive. I feel lack of action. A lot of good resolution, few actions
adler1: any other feedback
<ericstephan> I have no mic
<ericstephan> I have a comment I posted
adler1: ?

<Zakim> vagner, you wanted to say Group works were very productive. I feel lack of action. A lot of good resolution, few actions
vagner: I just would like to talk
about the f2f meeting
... I would like to congratulate BernadetteLoscio and
deirdrelee
... they did a very good work by preparing the material
... before the meeting it was not clear to me what we should do
in that doc, and during the meeting it was very clear.
<BernadetteLoscio> thanks Vagner!
vagner: so BernadetteLoscio and
deirdrelee were very helpful.
... during the participation in the BP group, we had lot of
resolutions
... and I just to register we had few actions
... and perhaps we could good faster to the BP doc.
<ericstephan> I think we might be done.
PhilA: I think is really useful
to get the feedback
... I hope to come back to some actions in the next
meeting.
