bhyland: I'm working through comments. Prefer to go at end of the agenda as I need to fix an error. I;ve been making micro changes this morning

sandro: There are lots of little things. If the pace keeps up, then we're good to go for next week

bhyland: People seem to agree that it's important and needs doing

DaveReynolds1: from the POV - if the doc is roughly the right shape and it's just pub rules. it seems reasonable to continue this round and do a vote by e-mail next week
... My concern is that there might be a new section etc. that bhyland mentioned - that's more than editorial

bhyland: The 'whole new section' isn't as big as it sounds. It's just a little section that was there and needs to be put back. There's nothing huge... but we are doing more than pubrules
... But it doesn't quite hang together correctly and I'd like to get it right
... Any changes that people have sent, I'm working through them today.

sandro: I'm trying to understand why it's in the summary and not the main doc

bhyland: I think it should be a best practice but we shouldn't expand on it. I don't want to add a new section as DaveReynolds1 says but I do think it should be in the doc

bhyland: If people don't want it as a BP then OK

sandro: But there are times when you do want to publish PII (like public officials where it's a matter of public record

JoaoPauloAlmeida: It was about the criteria for the vocabs. I thought it was confusing that some criteria were repeated in two sections. I think it could be simplified to make the role of the criteria a little clearer
