After TPAC Lyon F2F meeting, the proposal about wrap/unwrap has been discussed http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-webcrypto/2012Oct/0142.html. It was mentioned that it should be made clear which of the use cases were required before the group make a decision on this feature.
