As discussed in http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ldp-wg/2012Oct/0004.html there seems to be a need for more careful specification of HTTP error codes.

Closed as is, the spec already covers some error cases, if other specific cases need to be addressed they should be pointed out individually
