In general, the contents do fit the spirit of the document. But I’m not sure about how they are presented. It is not clear to me where the emphasis is on: are we targeting LDP technology developers or consumers? Most of the best practices (if not all) are not on the technology in itself but in the data model used or in the data itself. It might be worth thinking about this and clarifying this in the introduction (impetus) and maybe trying to group the best practices
depending on the target of the best practice itself.
