2 Jun 2014, 14:10:24We recently discussed and decided that the way to create a container is to post a container to another container, which is implied by the spec and further clarified in the primer. Roger was not in attendance to the meeting in which this was decided. If Roger would like to contest the decision, it is requested to propose the actual Best Practice or Guideline in a way that should be consumable as a best practice statement or a concise guideline. Anyone can still propose BPs and Guidelines in this way.
