<ericP> michel, is the code 4257 or 42572?

<michel> 4257

@EricP -- need to follow-up with you re: hackathon

<ericP> yeah, want to geek abot that

hackathon

<michel> joanne: support for hosting a hackathon

<michel> ericp: vivo shown interest

<michel> joanne: needs tangible demonstrations of SW

<michel> ... maybe even just getting a nice interface over the TMKB

<michel> iker: built an interface to demo the tmkb - can make it available

SW in HEALTH space

Michel: Mark Dumontier is working OSCAR - interested in more clinical decision support and looking into linking with Matthias's safety-codes
... First assess what support is there for tests
... Then, when results are in, clinical decision support comes in - should you be prescribing the drug? what dose? (e.g. mediation with warfarin.org and tests, etc) that return an initial dose to prescribe --> to pharmacy
... capture of genetic info in record (covered by HL7) for us, it's the integration of the information. Mark (OSCAR) will talk on 3rd Tues of month and again in session ___ on how to make it work.

<michel> 4th tuesday of the month is for health care

i am looking for the specific tuesdays i can propose to OSEHRA

The person I have in mind is Ricardo S. Arvila - Director of Open Source

Key is contact for where deployed - so we can test it.

who would be interested in adding pharmacogenomic support being deployed at a specific location

Michel - couldn't hear what you just said, can hear about populating patient records with Matthias's work

<michel> michel: we need to understand how opencds works, so that we can create rules that we gather snp information from the patient record and submit this to some dosing algorithm

<ericP> ACTION: JoanneLuciano, who attends SciDisc, and we are both ostensibly making assertions about drugs, will bring us an example of a SciDisc assertion about a drug [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2012/05/03-HCLS-minutes.html#action01]

<michel> ACTION: Michel, to write up his big idea [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2012/05/03-HCLS-minutes.html#action02]
