Logistics

  • We have space for 8-9 demos. (4-5 demos per floor, ground floor is used for registration and catering.)
  • For every demo we can provide a table (2m*0.5m), two chairs, power supply, and internet access. Displays are available on request: the deadline for request is March 7.

Allocation Plan

  • If Thiemo presents only a poster, the number of demos is substantially reduced to nine, thus each demo entry above can have its own space.
  • Otherwise, we will ask the Japanese broadcasters to share not three but two demo spaces among the six broadcasters.
  • Further details of allocation will be determined during the demo setup (see below) and the workshop on "First come, first served" basis.

Demo Setup

  • The demonstrators can enter the venue and set up their demos during 13:00-16:00, March 11, one day prior to the workshop.
  • The workshop chairs encourage the demonstrators to check their demos during this setup session.
