Clarification: this is about purging prior data. Ex: you have a behavioral profile of a user, user appears with DNT: do you have to delete the profile. Answer: may but not must.

Agreement that: may affect prior but not must. Still working on wording.

We agree with the basic rule that after DNT is turned on, third parties may but not must purge previously collected data. Still need wording.

(This issue doesn't speak to use of data that was collected previously; we're changing the name to clarify what we're closing.)
