At W3C, I represent the Apache Software Foundation.

I'm chair and a committer to the Apache Jena where I mainly focus on storage and query, together with reading and writing non-RDF/XML syntaxes.

I work for Epimorphics Ltd, a Linked Data start-up in the UK. We been involved in the development of the Linked Data API and have released an open source implementation ELDA. We have also been involved in the data.gov.uk project for releasing Government data in a linked data style.
