MINUTES: Day 1 Day 2

Scheduled for 12-13 October 2011 at W3C offices at MIT, Stata Center and an alternative location at the BBC in London.

See the (closed) poll results at: http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/46168/RDFWGFTF2/results

Cambridge location and accommodation

The meeting will be held in the Stata Center room 32-262 at MIT, at 32 Vassar St, Cambridge, MA, across the river from Boston, Massachusetts, USA. The meeting is close to the "Kendall" stop on the MBTA Red Line subway.

We'll be in the video conference room, 32-262. In the vast ground-floor hallway, look for the Gates Tower elevators, near the 4-foot glowing white question mark. Don't take the elevators; next to them is a half flight of stairs, about 10 steps. Go up those steps, through the door, then turn left. Wander through the research space until you find room 262.

When booking at a local hotel, be sure to ask for the MIT rate, which is often 10% cheaper.

London location and accommodation

We have a room booked for two days at the BBC, the 12th and 13th of October.

The meeting will take place at the BBC Media Village near White City tube station, in West London.

It will be in Media Centre (the first building on the left when you enter media village), in room MC3 D4 M1.

You won't be able to get in without a pass. Please call me (+44 7 535 947 181) when you are at the reception, I will sign you in. I will be in the room setting things up from about 10am. There is a Starbucks just below Media Centre.

As mentioned at the teleconference, please come a bit before the actual start of the meeting. The BBC network is isolated and everything has to go through a proxy, so we'll need to spend some time setting things up to get you connected.
