What is expected to this Workshop?

Goal

• TODO: identify key use cases and important requirements:
  • What are the key use cases?
  • What new standards or extensions of existing standards do we need?
  • What impediments exist in the current standards?
• NOT TODO: discuss any specific solutions or implementations

Possible next steps

• create a new WG/IG/XG (if needed)
• develop standards that will address the use cases and requirements clarified during the workshop

• NHK, the Japanese public broadcaster, records part of the workshop discussion.
• Japanese publishers, Nikkei BP and Impress, will publish articles on this workshop.

• Please talk loud and clear, because this is an international workshop and the attendees are not necessarily native speakers of your language.
