IF TV is defined as A information display device, this thought about such as: When TV connects it with Web, TV can display(or operating) more various information. TV is reborn to a wonderful equipment. 
It is in a word, TV can display information on various device connected with web contents and web.
As being a web application developer,
I have interested very much in the future of HTML5.

I wanted to activate transmitting the technological communication of the topic about HTML5 in the Kansai. That's why I started up HTML5-WEST.jp. (http://html5-west.jp/)

Nowadays, not only PC but also the mobile gadgets and the consumer electronics come to connect to web . It is necessary to communicate a lot of kinds of data by a variety of methods. If you can do it in the seamless, some device are reborn to new those can achieve a quite new needs. TV might be one of the device newly reborn.

For instance, while you are watching the soccer match on TV program, the interphone is called; the visitor comes. Then, the submonitor opens on the TV screen, and the visitor is displayed. You speak to built-in mic of TV with "Welcome", and release the door lock by remote control. 

At that time, What data is talked about between TV and the interphone? or What spec is best for the conversation? I'm interested in the idea of it. 

Of course, How does HTML behave on TV? I am interested also in it. 

I think that the world where two or more spec exists is not good. Device that spec is different has the possibility not to be able to talk. Therefore, I am wishing a common specification to all TVs (and connected devices) to be made from Web on TV workshop.

In addition, I am very glad of doing this first attempt in Japan.
