Negotiation algorithm

Steven: So my position is that if the browser says it accepts XHTML, our task is done, since that is what we wish to achieve
... it is only if it doesn't accept it, that we explain a possible fallback

Alessio: I agree

Steven: I think the document says the right thing

<ShaneM> http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/2010/ED-xhtml-media-types-20100218/

Shane: q values are mentioned here http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/2010/ED-xhtml-media-types-20100218/#media-types

Steven: I am happy with that text
... in fact XForms is usually delivered with text/html, but I don't think we should make any changes
... based on that fact
... I'd like at least Tina to chime in.
... We're not ignoring the http standard. Just explaining how to serve XHTML if it is at all possible

PER

Steven: It got blocked by the AC meeting, but it should be published soon
