Determine if there is a list of popular prefix declarations that should be enabled in all RDFa Processors. This proposal would pre-define commonly used prefixes like dc, dcterms, foaf, rdf, vcard, xsd and a variety of other commonly used prefixes.

Related notes:

We also need to consider whether or not there would be default terms in RDFa Core. Things like datatype="xml" instead of needing to specify datatype="rdf:XMLLiteral".
