Newark Liberty international airport (airport Code: EWR) in Newark, NewJersey is the closest airport (29 MI / 46.67 KM) to the Workshop venue. JFK international airport (airport Code: JFK) in New York also is close (53 MI / 85.29 KM) to the Workshop venue. Taxi service is available just outside the airport.

Getting from the airport to the Workshop venue and Hotel

When you arrive at the airport, you have two options to get to the Workshop venue and your hotel: You either use public trnsportation (buses) or a taxi. We highly recommend the taxi option, since you will be able to find one immediately outside the arrivals building and it will take you directly to your destination. Welcome dinner funded by Openstream will be held on June 18th at Fuzions Grille Restaurant which is near the workshop venue.

ESTA procedure

All international visitors to the US will need either a VISA or "ESTA" approval obtained ahead-of-time over the Web as since 12 January 2009. People will not be allowed on the plane without one or the other.

You can submit your application for ESTA by visiting the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) Web Site.
