We are considering making security/privacy sections non-normative. The only DAP specifications requiring a change to support this are HTML Media Capture and Network Service Discovery. Ambient Light and Proximity already have non-normative security and privacy sections. Vibration has no such section. Battery makes no normative requirements in the section, but it should probably be marked explicitly non-normative.
