Logistics (Regrets, agenda requests, comments)?

UAAG comments to HTML 5 attach severity and priority http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-ua/2009OctDec/0007.html

Group talking about HTML 5 comments

Jeanne: HTML 5 set up a bug tracking system. Theywant all issues as bugs. HTML 5 has offered to enter comments for us.
... When I looked, we have the opportunity to set our sev and pri and we don't want to miss that opportunity.
... Choices are: blocker, critical, major, normal (default), minor, trivial enhancement.
... WI thinks our bugs will range from blocker to major.

<jeanne> http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html-comments/2009Oct/0002.html

Jeanne: We should not have all as blockers, blocker equals spec not to go live.

Mutation events to equal critical

Group talking about defintions of priority.

Mutation to be P2.

Annotations to be blocker and P1.

Embeded links to non-visible data major, P3

<jeanne> UAWG24: Critical, P1. UAWG04: Blocker, P1. UAWG21: Major, P3.

This appears to have changed to 3.2.3.8 Embedding custom non-visible data

<jeanne> UAWG30:Blocker, P1

Check this out.

Note: In particular, this content is not intended to address accessibility concerns. To make video content accessible to the blind, deaf, and those with other physical or cognitive disabilities, authors are expected to provide alternative media streams and/or to embed accessibility aids (such as caption or subtitle tracks) into their media streams.

This make sno mention of audio description here.

<jeanne> UAWG32: Blocker, P1

<scribe> ACTION: kford write issue on sample in html 5 not mentioning audio description. [recorded in http://www.w3.org/2009/10/08-ua-minutes.html#action01]

<trackbot> Created ACTION-235 - Write html 56 issue around audio description issue. [on Kelly Ford - due 2009-10-15].

<jeanne> UAWG31: Critical, P1. It was agreed that consistent controls are important for users who have difficulty remembering and discovering controls.

Issue#: UAWG31

This is critical P1.

<Greg> For UAWG16 (Forms) I feel that UAAG20 should require that the user have control over presentation of validation error messages, rather than modifying HTML5 to give such control to content authors who are likely to make it less accessible.

<jeanne> Issue: HTML5 comment UAWG16 on 4.10 Forms asks that the author be able to style the errors in form submission. We should add to UAAG 2.0 thta the user should be able to style error messages.

<trackbot> Created ISSUE-46 - HTML5 comment UAWG16 on 4.10 Forms asks that the author be able to style the errors in form submission. We should add to UAAG 2.0 thta the user should be able to style error messages. ; please complete additional details at http://www.w3.org/WAI/UA/tracker/issues/46/edit .

Issue#: UAWG16

Section: 4.10 Forms

This is normal P3.

<jeanne> UAWG16: Normal, P3. This affects the acceptance of a positive accessibility feature, so it is not as high a priority or severity.

<jeanne> UAWG06: we should have a UAAG SC to have the mechanism to override the auto scrolling. We should add a sentence that the author should know that it can be overridden by user.

<jeanne> UAWG06: Major, P3
