John: Concern over changes since last PR.

Henry: There is no need to do this. But he would not block the Group's doing this.

RESOLUTION: We will not publish such a list. Accepted without objections.

Henry: W3C is working on this. We would publish on 5/4 if we need to do this; otherwise we could publish on Thursday.

<johnarwe_> Henry: look at XLink 1.1 available in draft now, if no changes to XLink Note required, then set up reference to allow either XLink 1.0 or 1.1. XLink 1.1 removes problem limiting adoption, systems supporting XLink 1.1 but not 1.0 expected.
