Description:

As we found in our 3rd F2F meeting in Barcelona, we need to define what the client (UA) should do with media fragment (segment). This is called "User Agent Media Fragment Resolution" or UA-MF resolution for short. 

The expected outcome and goal is to describe the steps necessary (incl. user notification, error handling) for a UA to interpret a media fragment and initiate the retrieval of a certain segment.
