XMLSchema-misc namespace document

http://www.w3.org/2008/05/XMLSchema-misc is a namespace used for XPath functions defined in the XML Schema specifications:

generateUniquePrefix
For chameleon include, override, etc.
componentName
The name of the component corresponding to some XML representation

This namespace is not in principle closed: other names herein may receive definitions in future editions or versions of the XML Schema specifications.
