This is a collection of table dumps for diabetic patient hospital data. The txt files were exported from who-knows-what. These can be processed with one of:

• csv2ttl — a perl script to convert the .txt files to a trival turtle presentation.
• sample.ttl — a connected sample from the .ttl files.
• createDB — shell script to create a csv files and a MySQL database named DiabeticPatientsDataSet. SQL commands to import the csv files are in CreateDB.sql.
• DPDS2CPO.n3 — a set of N3 rules to convert a trivial expression of the database into an expression using a Clinical Practices Ontology.
• CPO2CTO.n3 — a set of N3 rules to convert the clinical practice ontology to the Clinical Trials Ontology (see also the mapping page).
