The edition of the document is based on the tools provided by W3C for the TR edition.

IN consequence, this package contains the following files:

1. xmlSig-Interop_v0.4.xml

This is the original xml document from which the html version that is circulated, is derived.

2. InteropHTML_2007-08-05.html

This is the html document generated from the aforementioned .xml document.

3. xmlspec+authors+edNotes-docStatus.xsl

This is a XSLT transformation sheet. It is based on a sheet designed by the W3C. Modifications have been added for avoiding the presence of logos identifying the document as a Working Draft, W3C Note, etc.

4. xmlspec+authors.dtd

This is a DTD file that the xml documents must follow.

5. xmlspec-report-19980407.html and the folder with pictures

This is a W3C document that explains the DTD for xml documents from which the html versions will be derived using the XSLT transformation sheet.



IMPORTANT: INSTRUCTIONS FOR RE-GENERATING THE HTML.

Before generating the html document from the xml document, THE USER MUST INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE DTD AND THE XSLT SHEET.

In the original version of xmlSig-Interop_v0.4.xml this corresponds to the following text:

Once changed this, the application of the XSLT transformation (I have used XMLSpy, for instance) in xmlspec+authors+edNotes-docStatus.xsl will produce the html document.
