Local Hotels: Hotels running about US$200/night

Local Airport: Boston (BOS) Logan, usually about 30 minutes away by taxi ($30-$40) or public transportation.

Meeting Rooms: in the Stata Center (where Sandro and Alan have offices)

The evening of July 4 is a major event in Boston, quite close to MIT.
