ISSUE-49: RESOLVED: structural specification should use IRIs, not strings

RESOLVED: structural specification should use IRIs, not strings
- State:
- CLOSED
- Product:
- Raised by:
- Peter Patel-Schneider
- Opened on:
- 2007-10-28
- Description:
- The structural specification lists IRIs, like annotationURI, as strings. This is not (quite) correct as these things are IRIs, and the equality that matters is IRI equality (whether or not this is the same as string equality).
