should be clarified regarding the question, which combinations of the
listed restrictions are allowed for "simple" properties (answer: all
combinations), and which combinations are allowed for non-simple properties
(answer: no restrictions are allowed). This seems not perfectly clear from
the text.

I have rephrased the definition of the nonsturctural restrictions. I have not said explicitly that simple properties are allowed everywhere (in definitions, one usually just says what is restricted, and not what is not restricted). I hope, however, that the revised text is clearer now.
