The Manchester Syntax is used in the Primer as one of the syntaxes. A document on the Manchester Syntax has been prepared in the WG wiki and is available at http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/wiki/ManchesterSyntax

This document should be published by the WG, probably as a WG note, i.e., not on the recommendation track.
