Related notes:

- add a reference to MOF to the Syntax document
- add a note to the Syntax document about the fact that the diagrams provide the normative specification of the language
- take a look at RFC-4647 as an alternative way of matching language tags
- review the n-ary spec by 03.11.2008
- add comments to the functional-style syntax
- fix the wording in the examples in the Syntax document
- implement the resolution of ISSUE-137 (RDF includes), ISSUE-114 (punning), ISSUE-144 (base triple), ISSUE-147 (propositional data ranges), ISSUE-148 (topDataProperty), and ISSUE-149 (OWL 2 RL bugs)
- implement the resolution of the annotations issue (extend the spec with three new axiom types; map them to the standard RDF vocabulary; these have no effect to the Direct semantics)
