Testing body/head elements DOM for browsers

Goal of the test: What is happening when someone is using elements usually contained in HEAD element of HTML 4.01 (XHTML 1.0) in the body. We are using the Live Dom Viewer created by Ian Hickson.

B: the element is left in the body in the DOM view
H: the element is put in the head in the DOM view
R: the element is removed in the DOM view
