"The quoted text in the bootstrap message, the part of the message after "belongs to", MUST be distinguished from the rest of the static text. "
This is either under or over specified. What's the point of being distinguished? Whatever it is, that point should be substituted in for the word "distinguished". - Related Actions Items:
