I've seen people use max-age=-1 so think the test should be changed to look for max-age<=0 or an invalid value

WG Notes: 2007-03-27 (MikeSmith) I don't see any record of discussion about this on the member list nor on the public lists. Is this something we should open for further discussion?

Resolution: From Sean and Jo: PROPOSED RESOLUTION: check for invalid values in cache control header (e.g. 'ham-sandwich' as a value, negative on max-age ... ) and "warn" if present
