I believe the title "Techniques for WCAG 2.0" is misleading. As the document is about failures to correctly address accessibility, I believe the document should be retitled.

Proposed Change:

Retitle "Techniques for WCAG 2.0" as "Failures in Technique for WCAG 2.0".
