Expected Behavior: animation will begin at 1,
calcMode=linear means 50% of duration is spent animating
between 20 and 40; and 50% of duration is spent animating
between 40 and 350.  Thus the second half of the animation
seems faster. Fill=freeze causes it to remain at final width.
