Proposed Resolution - *please contribute more around this skeleton*
In discussing the limitations of mobile dvices for delivery of Web content it is
easy to lose sight of the fact that they are extremely popular.
This popularity largely stems at present from their being:
- personal,
- personalizable,
- portable
and increasingly multi-function beyond their original purpose of voice
communications.
Beyond these factors, we see the advantages of mobile devices increasingly being:
- location awareness
- implicit user identification
- single stop charging for services
- one handed operation
- always on
- universal altering device
