Description:

The motivation for this issue is to hone our efforts into defining a clear cut
goal on what we want to achieve.

As such \"mobileOK Full\" is defined, in principle, by two properties:

1) A set of tests that encompass all Best Practices
2) A trustmark that can be attached to the content


Thus I would create the following bullet point list

MobileOK

+ is a trustmark, maschine readable and visible
+ requires human testing to obtain it
+ can be self labeled or verified
+ is fully standards based
+ adheres fully to the BPs
