Description:

The current test says WARN for objects or script. The BP Doc says \"For the
Default Delivery Context do not use scripting and do not embed objects.\" But
doesn\'t actually say that the DDC doesn\'t support.

a) Do we need to decide whether the DDC supports OBJECTS etc.?
b) Should we change the wording in the BP Doc?
c) Should this be a FAIL if we do not change the wording?
d) The test also refers to Applet element, this does not seem to be in XHTML
Basic so can be deleted.
