User Agent strings need to be codified to make detection easier

Description:
As a content provider it is very important to be able to detect mobile devices
accurately.
While there is much useful information in the UA strings provided by the
manufacturer, a simple standardizing factor is missing.

This will probably gain importance as devices increase their capabilities but
are still limited in screensize and other physical characteristics.

Some element that says in an unambiguous way \"I am a browser on a mobile device\"
would be very helpful.

Therefore I propose to find a suitable location in our documents to recommend
that UA strings include the word \"mobile\" or some other varitey of denoting a
usage of a mobile device.
