• work plan ok for everybody, except that T3.1, T3.2 should start earlier
• discussion about decision regulations, result: decisions will be done according to W3C rules
• discussion about contributions:
  • Siemens agreed to lead WP3
  • Attensity agreed to take over T2.4
  • SAP leads WP1 and WP4
  • still open who leads T2.1, T2.2, T2.3
• discussion about communication regulations
  • proposed process to complicated and overregulated
  • partners cannot be forced to anything due to missing contract
  • decision: easy process: if XG member wants to create some external communication, the initiating members (TEAM) have to give their agreement
