This page is for adding and tracking issues added against final report. Do not enter an ID when you enter a new issue, but enter New in the status column. The editing team will add issue IDs - this will be your acknowledgment that the issue has been seen - and will update status as appropriate.

Defined Status values:

New	newly entered issue
Open	issue is acknowledged and in the process of being worked
Pending resolution completion	XG agrees on resolution but it is not yet implemented. Submitter and editing team can agree on resolution offline and report results in this tracking form
Closed	Issue has been closed and agreed upon resolution, if any, has been implemented.
