Thanks to everyone who have contributed examples and to Raul for the overview figures presenting the ontology structure.
The creation of all the ontology figures requires some specific work.
One trick is to extract automatically the sub-part of the ontology corresponding to the figure intent.
This was done with the help of the segmentationApp developed by Julian Seidenberg http://www.co-ode.org/galen/ to split the ontology into the smaller pieces.
Then, the resulting "module" was loaded in the the CMAP Ontology Editor to manually apply the finishing touch.
