- Who should we invite to tell us about their work?
- I'd like to hear from laconica about their Open Microblogging Protocol. Microblogging isn't the be all and end all, but the protocol contains ideas that could be useful for other decentralised social web stuff -- e.g. the ability to "subscribe" to accounts on other servers. The protocol is currently at version 0.2 -- the less-than-1.0 number seems to suggest there might be ways for the W3C to guide its development and ensure that the protocol reaches its maximum potential.
