- Add them to the W3 OWEA member mailing list member-xg-owea@w3.org (Doug)
- Ask them to add their picture and contact info to the OWEA Participants Page
- Point them to the OWEA wiki
- Authorize them for the OWEA Basecamp (Glenda)
- Ask them to introduce themselves on member-xg-owea@w3.org
- Ask them to add their bio to OWEA:Community_Portal
- Give them brief instructions on the IRC channel
