Response to say: type libraries obtained by schema attribute and inline schema are processed to find simple type definitions that can be used by type MIP and xsi:typeand that complex types in schema definitions are ignored. Any reference to a non-existent type (and complex types don't exist in Basic) would be ignored. Ignore xsi:type means behave as if it is not there.
