Above there must be two animating child SVGTs.

  1. A clock hand constantly rotating on a blue scale from 0 to 3.
  2. Text flashing from 0 to 3 on a blue rectangle

The two child SVGTs must animate in parallel. Each time the hand on the first animation 'touches' a number on its scale. This number must simultaniously be flashed on the second animation.
